Animal Visits:

Visit us during our tour hours to walk through our shelter and view the animals.

For safety and insurance purposes you must be 12 years old or older to walk through the dog kennel area. No exceptions. You may not stick hands, fingers, or any other body parts into the kennels. Anyone not following this policy will be asked to leave.

Our tour days/hours are Fridays, 3-5 pm, and Saturdays, 11 am-2 pm. All other days, we are very busy caring for our furry friends.

Adoption Process:

Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our dogs or cats. We truly appreciate every application we receive, and the care people are willing to give to our animals. If you are interested in adopting a cat or dog, submit an application through our website.

If you have not heard back from us yet, there could be several reasons. We are a volunteer-based organization, and at times, applications take longer to review due to the number of inquiries we receive. In some cases, a dog or cat may already be pending adoption, placed with another family, or we may still be reviewing applications to find the best overall match for the dog’s needs.

Please know that a lack of response is never meant personally, and we are grateful for your patience and understanding as we work to place each dog in the most suitable home possible.
