Adoption Day
Adoption Day is at the Humane Society of Northwest Georgia every Saturday from 12:00pm until 4:00pm. We are located at Wade Adoption Center at 1703 Cleveland Highway, Dalton GA. Click here for directions. You may also check “Upcoming Events” for other events at the shelter.
Adoption Fees
Adoption fees for puppies are $125 and come with at least 2 sets of puppy shots and a free spay/neuter certificate. Adult dogs are $150, which includes all vaccines, rabies shot, spay or neuter, and are on a monthly heartworm preventative and flea control.
Adoption fees for kittens are $50 and they have had at least 1 or more kitten vaccinations, have been dewormed at least once and receive a free spay or neuter certificate. Adult cats are $70 and have had all of their shots, have been spayed or neutered, dewormed, are on flea control and have been tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV.
